Included in the complex is a 7,500 sq. ft. open sided roofed structure, rest rooms, crew quarters and a 100 ft. long covered dock for the tour boat. Picnic and outdoor multi-purpose terrace areas are also provided. MCCM provided programming, planning, architecture, engineering and construction administration phase services.
